Endeavour Homes is proud to present some of our nationally recognised building awards. Read on to learn about our award winning builds in Nelson and Marlborough.
Silver award - Builder's own home, Nelson
A low maintenance exterior with an easy care garden and a useable outdoor terrace, with inbuilt gas fire were important. The house was to be on different levels, with high, angled ceilings in the living spaces and large fold away doors leading to the terrace. An open gas fire was to be a feature point of the spacious living room.
Gold award - $250 - $350,000, Nelson
Top of the wish list for this home was quality materials and clean simple lines. There is a large master bedroom, with good sized rooms throughout the rest of the house for use by family and guests, and living rooms are positioned for maximum sunlight and views. The kitchen features granite worktops and all the usual mod cons.
Gold award - $350 - $450,000, Marlborough
A contemporary home on a large section taking full advantage of the landscaped outdoors. The formal lounge can be shut off from the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features a granite bench top and stainless steel appliances. Four generous sized bedrooms, with a master bedroom featuring a large walk in wardrobe and executive ensuite.
