Guarantees

As your building partner, Endeavour Homes is committed to design, build and project manage all processes necessary to deliver your home on time and to your expectations. This is backed up with a Master Builders 10 year Premium Guarantee..covers loss of deposit, non-completion cover, defects in workmanship or structural defects, cover for rot and fungal decay.

Maximum cover has been increased to $1,000.000.00 and the guarantee can be transferred to the new owners if the house is sold

Care and respect

Endeavour Homes and its sub-contractors are mindful that the building site and the building being constructed are your property and investment. In line with this, Endeavour Homes installs Porta Loos for contractors, regularly removes all rubbish and welcomes owners to visit the site any time. Immediately prior to moving into your new home it is cleaned throughout.
